Villa Esta

Our Villa Esta accommodates four people in two bedrooms and spoils you with a heated indoor pool in one of the bedrooms. Villa Esta has a fantastic view of the bay and the islands. It is ideal for honeymoon couples and guests who wish to enjoy their privacy. 

In the living area you will find a comfortable seating area, air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, internet, dining table and chairs.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, dressing table, wardrobe, heated indoor pool, bathroom and access to the pool terrace.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, bedside table, dressing table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and access to pool terrace.

Kitchen: American kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, toaster etc..

Pool dimensions: Heated indoor pool 2 m × 2.5 m, depth 1.1 m.  Outdoor pool 8 m × 4 m, depth 1.55 m.  Children's pool 1 m × 1.2 m, depth 50 cm.

NOTE: Pool heating fee is 1.000 TL per day.

A cleaning fee of 2.500 TL is required for rentals under 7 nights.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 5.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
