Villa Elsara is a charming 2-bedroom holiday villa located in the tranquil Üzümlü region of Kalkan, offering a 4-person accommodation capacity. Surrounded by nature and fully secluded, it is an ideal option for honeymoon couples and conservative families seeking peace and privacy.

The villa features a private swimming pool, a shallow pool with sun loungers, and a children’s pool—all in a fully sheltered garden with panoramic nature views. A grassy area and a fenced children’s playground make it especially family-friendly. Color-changing LED lighting enhances the ambiance both in the pool and throughout the villa.

The master bedroom includes a jacuzzi and a TV, while additional amenities such as a treadmill and foosball table offer entertainment and activity options. Located 10 km above Kalkan’s coastline, Üzümlü enjoys cooler evenings in summer—perfect for a refreshing escape.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will resemble the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room has a modern and luxurious design and includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3.75 meters wide, 1.45 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: 1.25 meters x 2 meters wide, 0.37 meters deep.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Elsara is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
