Located just a few minutes away from the center and the sea, Villa Eliza offers elegance, privacy and comfort together, creating a unique accommodation alternative for large groups.

Living Room: Our villa’s living room draws attention with its modern design and comfortable seating area against the unique sea view of Kalkan. There is a seating group, TV, coffee table, air conditioning, dining table, and sink in the living room.

1st Bedroom: One double bed, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning and available. There is a private bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a separate entrance from the main building.

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning and available. There is a shared bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a separate entrance from the main building.

3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

Note: A short stay fee of 15,000 TL is requested for rentals under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit for Villa Eliza is £ 400. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
