Villa Efsar is a private holiday villa inspired by the most beautiful shades of green and blue, located in the peaceful Sarıbelen area of Kalkan. With two bedrooms and accommodation for up to four guests, the villa is an excellent choice for conservative families and small families seeking privacy and tranquility.

The pool terrace and garden of Villa Efsar are fully secluded, offering a peaceful holiday experience away from prying eyes. The private swimming pool and spacious garden provide a perfect setting to relax and enjoy nature throughout the day. A dedicated children’s play area in the garden makes the villa especially suitable for families with children.

The interior of the villa has been carefully designed with stylish and modern details, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter. Reflecting the calming colors of nature, Villa Efsar promises an unforgettable holiday experience filled with comfort, peace, and privacy.

Kitchen : Fully equipped, modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Note : A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Efsar is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
