Villa Ecrin Kışla has 4 bedrooms; three bedrooms have double beds, and one bedroom has two single beds. Its spacious living areas and modern decor offer guests a holiday experience with the comforts of home.

Partial views of the Mediterranean Sea can be enjoyed from the pool area, while the terrace offers an uninterrupted view. You can start your day with a sea view and enjoy the unique sunset in the evening.

Villa Ecrin Kışla, notable for its modern and functional kitchen, is located very close to Kalkan’s popular private beaches. It is only a 2-minute drive from Kalkan town center, the market, and restaurants. Additionally, sea taxis and boats departing from the private beaches provide access to Kalkan Marina by sea.

Our villa features a convenient barbecue area and a foosball table for enjoyable leisure time. You can also easily access the delivery services of restaurants and businesses in the Kalkan area.

Villa Ecrin Kışla is located approximately 5.2 km from the world-famous Kaputaş Beach and approximately 22 km from Patara Beach. It is a perfect holiday option for guests who want to enjoy both the comfort of a private pool and swimming in the unique bays of the Mediterranean.

Kitchen: It has a spacious and bright modern American-style kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner hob (built-in), microwave, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment, and dinnerware.

Living Room: The comfortable living room features a luxurious and comfortable seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, and air conditioning. A large glass sliding door provides access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Note: A short-stay fee of 6,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Ecrin Kışla is 10,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or car rentals can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests preferring air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
