Villa Dream 1 is a private holiday villa located in Üzümlü, surrounded by nature, and stands out with its comfortable and stylish design. Located in Kalkan, this villa offers ideal accommodation for large families and groups of friends with its 3 bedrooms and spacious living areas.

The jacuzzi in the villa adds extra comfort to your holiday; while the large garden, private swimming pool, and fully equipped kitchen offer the comfort of home.

Kitchen: The spacious, airy, and modernly designed American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner hob, pots & pans, etc. Kitchen equipment and a 10-person dinner set are available.

Living Room: The living room has a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, and a dining table for 8 people. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: 5 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.20 meters deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 4,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Dream 1 is 3,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for our new guests to check in at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
