Villa Deniz Yıldızı 1 is located right next to Villa Deniz Yıldızı 2. Large families can rent both villas together when their schedules are available.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen includes an electric oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, hob, microwave, large refrigerator, and washing machine.

Living Room: The modern and comfortable living room features a dining table for 4 people, a seating group, and an LCD TV.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Garden: Sun loungers, garden furniture set, mini playground, table tennis, dining table, barbecue, swing, sun umbrellas, private swimming pool.

NOTE: A cleaning fee of 3500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out once a day, in the morning or evening, by the villa caretakers.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Deniz Yıldızı 2 is 3,000 TL. This damage deposit is collected before your arrival and refunded upon departure. The deposit refund conditions stipulate that there should be no damage, loss, or broken items in the villa during your stay. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros, equivalent to the deposit amount, based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: For each villa, the check-in time for new guests is 4:00 PM and the check-out time is 10:00 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4:00 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to use paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
