Villa Coton has been specially designed not only for comfort but also for you to have enjoyable moments. With its large garden, children’s playground and barbecue area, it allows you to have a peaceful and fun time with your loved ones. You can sip your coffee with the sea view and enjoy nature.

Kitchen: Our villa’s large American kitchen has air conditioning, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, oven, 4-burner set, dining table and pans, pots, etc. We offer you the opportunity to use kitchen appliances.

Living Room: A spacious living room with a stylish seating group, air conditioning, television, internet, satellite, armchair, coffee table awaits you. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and sink.

Bedroom 2: There are 2 single beds, balcony, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, bathroom and sink.

Pool Dimensions: 10 Meters X 4 Meters, 1.50 Meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 5 Meters X 2.50 Meters, 1.30 Meters deep.

Note: Our villa has a heated indoor pool and is available for a weekly fee of 5000 TL (Max 25-29 degrees)

Our villa also has a Turkish bath and is available for the use of our valued guests for a weekly fee of 2000 TL.

A short stay fee of 2,500 TL is requested for rentals under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Coton is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you leave. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or have a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
