Villa Cina Kalkan

Villa Cina is a special holiday villa located in Kızıltaş, one of the popular areas of Kalkan, bringing together luxury and comfort. This villa, which has 5 spacious bedrooms, draws attention with its modern and stylish design. Villa Cina, which spreads the enchanting view of Kalkan islands and bays under your feet, allows you to collect unforgettable memories during your holiday.

Being only 5-7 minutes walking distance from the center of Kalkan, it allows you to reach both the liveliness of the center and the peace of nature at the same time. With its private swimming pool, large terrace and impressive sea view, it offers a perfect choice for both families and groups of friends. Villa Cina is designed for you to have a pleasant and comfortable holiday with its unique location and the facilities it offers.

Living room: In the living area you will find a comfortable suite, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, DVD player.

Kitchen: the kitchen is modernly built in American style and has a dining area, breakfast bar, fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, water dispenser, electric kettle, toaster etc...

Bedroom 1: double bed, balcony with sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, balcony with sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning.

Bedroom 4: double bed, balcony with sea view, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and Jacuzzi.

Bedroom 5: One double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning.

Note: All bedrooms have bathrooms and toilets.

Dimensions of the pool: 10 m. x 4 m., the depth is 1,60 m.

Pool and garden: The garden has a private pool, sunbeds, parasols, dining area and barbecue.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 7,500 TL is requested.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 10.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
If you need a transfer or a rental car, we are happy to help. Also for directions, we are at your disposal.

The view as you walk in to Villa Cina, either day or night, is breathtaking - with the view down the mountain and the sea beyond - seen through the double height windows in this open plan, contemporary villa. Beautifully fitted out with high quality finishes and furnishing, it is also incredibly comfortable..comfortable beds, beautiful and plentiful bathrooms with good showers, a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher with good quality crockery, cutlery etc , large comfy sofas, fantastic and plentiful sun beds, seating and parasols outside, a beautiful infinity pool.
