Villa Chremado is a 3 bedroom luxury villa for rent located in Kalkan Kalamar Bay. It has a modern and concept design and all details are considered. It hosts a view of Kalkan and the islands and has an infinity pool. You can spend pleasant moments with your family and loved ones on the spacious and spacious pool terrace. There is a jacuzzi on the terrace of the suite bedroom on the top floor.

Kitchen: Modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-stove, microwave oven, kettle, water dispenser, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Hall: The living room floor with sea and nature view has a large and spacious structure and includes a sofa set, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and a 10-person dining table. There is an exit to the pool terrace from the living room floor.

1st Bedroom: One double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: One double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, balcony and bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: Two single beds, bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe and balcony.

Pool Dimensions: 11 meters x 4.50 meters, 1.65 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 4.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Chremado is 10.000 TL. Damage deposit is collected prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
