Villa Charissa is a luxurious 3-bedroom villa located in the Akbel area of ​​Kalkan, accommodating up to 6 people. Unlike the other villas in the same block, Villa Charissa is situated in the lower section, offering a unique private space.

The villa’s most striking feature is its specially designed heart-shaped infinity pool. The pool and terrace area, 80% sheltered, provides privacy for conservative families and groups of friends.

The magnificent nature and sea views, combined with the villa’s elegant architecture and modern furnishings, offer guests a comfortable, high-quality, and unforgettable holiday experience. Its romantic atmosphere makes it an ideal choice for honeymoon couples.

Living Room: The living room, dominated by modern design, includes a seating area, TV, satellite receiver, shared toilet, and Wi-Fi internet access. The living room also provides access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen with sea view includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner hob, oven, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, cookware, and glasses.

Bedroom 1: Features one double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, and bathroom with toilet. This room boasts a stunning sea view.

Bedroom 2: Features one double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, dressing table, bedside table, and bathroom with toilet. This room also offers a unique sea view.

Bedroom 3: Features two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, and bathroom with toilet. This room also offers a stunning sea view.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 4,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

• Pet fee is 3,000 TL. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Charissa is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
