Villa Carpediem is a private holiday villa located in the İslamlar region of Kalkan, one of the peaceful areas surrounded by nature. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate 4 people, it offers an ideal accommodation option for nuclear families, honeymoon couples, and groups of friends.

Our villa, with its partial sea and nature views, provides a perfect setting for guests who want to escape the fast pace of city life thanks to its peaceful atmosphere. Its modern architecture and carefully decorated interiors offer a holiday experience with the comforts of home.

The villa’s scenic pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers to suit the capacity, and comfortable seating. You can enjoy the sun and nature during the day and spend pleasant time with your loved ones in the evening.

The spacious living room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, opening onto the pool terrace, are furnished with all the details you might need during your holiday. The main bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a jacuzzi, while the second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen, reminiscent of your own home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern and luxuriously designed living room features a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and internet access. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9.5 meters x 4.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 4,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Carpediem is 5,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Each villa has a check-in time of 4 PM and a check-out time of 10 AM for new guests. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our next guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or car rental can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
