Villa Buse Duo is a holiday villa located in the Ortaalan area of ​​Kalkan, very close to the center, offering magnificent sea views. This villa offers a perfect option especially for large families and groups of friends with its 6 bedrooms and spacious accommodation capacity for 12 people.

In addition, spa features such as sauna and Turkish bath are available to add luxury and relaxation to your holiday.

The activity room inside the villa is equipped with table football, table tennis, billiards table and sports equipment, thus providing entertainment and activity opportunities for all guests. The lounge has air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sofa, iron and ironing board, washbasin and exit to the pool. The lounge is on the pool floor. On the top floor there is also a very large looking terrace to relax and sunbathe. In this area, there are seating groups, tables and chairs.

Buse Duo has 6 ensuit bedrooms, each with sea and nature views. One of these rooms has a private jacuzzi. All rooms have balconies with sea and nature views.

Pool There is a jet stream pool with jacuzzi and a children’s pool. Pool dimensions are 10,5 m. x 3.5 m. The depth is 1.5 m. Garden and pool maintenance is done once a day by the staff.

The pool heating fee is 30 Gbp per day.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of TL 10.000 is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. Your payment, instead of 10.000 TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check-in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service is not available. The nearest airport for our guests coming by air is Muğla Dalaman Airport, please take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid services for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will arrive by land and their own vehicles, we can send you location and directions if requested.
