Villa Bronz

Villa Bronz is a 3 bedroom holiday villa for 6 people built on the hillside in Kalkan Kördere. With its stone architecture, wide ceilings and carefully selected furniture, Villa Bronz can make a wonderful holiday. During the day, you can watch Kalkan and the sea from the magnificent view. You can rent Villa Bakır and Villa Tunç together with more crowded groups.

Kitchen: Fridge, coffee machine, toaster, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-hob (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment in the spacious and bright American kitchen. It has a dinner set for 8 people.

Living Room: The living room with pool and sea view has a sofa set, dining table for 4 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: Two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It leads to the balcony with sea view.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, indoor pool, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. It leads to the balcony with sea view.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters x 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor and Heated Pool Dimensions: 3 meters x 5 meters, 1.20 meters deep.

​Note : A short stay fee of 4.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating fee is 7.000 TL per week.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Bronz is 7.500 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16.00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
