Located in Kalkan Kördere region, our villa has a 2-bedroom accommodation capacity of 4 people. There are 2 single beds, a double bed, a toilet and a bathroom in the bedrooms. At the same time, the 5th person can stay on the sofa in the living room. Our option, which has a very modern and stylish design, provides you with all the possibilities for your holiday. At the same time, you can cook your meals as you want with all kinds of kitchen tools and utensils in the villa, you can have your barbecue at the pool terrace, and also takeaway service can be made to our villa. In our option where you can experience comfortable and enjoyable moments, our conservative families are thought of and the pool terrace is sheltered.

Kitchen : It has an equipped American kitchen, it has all the kitchen utensils you need. You can easily access all kitchen utensils such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle.

Living Room : The living room, created for your comfort, includes a seating group and TV, coffee table, and air conditioning facilities.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Bella Vista Kördere is 5.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
