Villa Bedu Su Duo, located in the Patara area of ​​Kalkan, is a dazzling luxury villa with a capacity of 5 people, 3 beds, 2 bathrooms and a pool terrace designed with a cave concept. It offers an ideal environment for an unforgettable holiday with your family or friends with its many facilities including a jacuzzi, private pool and baby bed.

Kitchen: There is a modern American kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pots and pans, dinner set for 6 people, spoon and fork set and glasses. There is a dining table and a seating area for 4 people.

Living Room: The living room has air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, seating group, iron and ironing board, sink and there is an exit to the poolside. The living room is on the pool floor.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, dressing table, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom, jacuzzi and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, air conditioning, dressing table, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters x 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: For reservations shorter than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 2500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected for Villa Bedu Su Duo before check-in. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of collecting the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance for the villa against any damage, breakage, loss and damage. Instead of 5,000 TL, you can pay your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, which will be equivalent to this amount based on the current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can enter each villa as of 16:00 in the afternoon. Guests who will be checking out must check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this time application is that our special cleaning team enters the villa when our current guest leaves. From the check-out at 10:00 to the new check-in at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned specially for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached, public transportation service is not available. The closest airport for our guests arriving by air is Muğla Dalaman Airport, we kindly ask you to take this into consideration when purchasing your tickets. Guests who request a paid transfer or car rental service can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will arrive by land and with their own vehicles, if requested, we will send the location and directions.
