Villa Azure Duo

Villa Azure is a luxury villa whose construction was completed in July 2020 in Kalkan Üzümlü Village. In our villa, which is suitable for honeymoon couples and conservative families, you can have a secluded, enjoyable holiday and watch the Patara Beach from a distant angle throughout the day.

Kitchenware: American style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining table, oven, 5-burner hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, 6-person dinner set, pans, pots, cutlery, cutlery.

Living Room: There is a modern sitting group, a coffee table, a TV. There is a TV unit, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

Downstairs there is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. It is on the second floor.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet. It is on the second floor.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. It is on the ground floor.

NOTE : For rentals of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2,000 TL is charged.

You can rent at least 7 nights.

Only in April-May-October-November, it is possible to rent for 5 nights. A cleaning fee of 2,000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Azure Duo is 4000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
