Located in Hacıoğlan, one of Kaş’s tranquil and nature-filled neighborhoods, this villa is a new and modern holiday villa completed and opened in June 2020. Situated amidst nature, the villa is approximately 20-25 minutes from Kalkan center.

Located close to Sarıbelen center, the villa offers easy access to amenities for daily necessities. However, it is not suitable for those without a car. This feature makes it an ideal setting for guests seeking a quiet, peaceful holiday surrounded by nature.

Our villa, with its luxurious interior furnishings, has been meticulously designed, especially for honeymoon couples. The villa features 2 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living room, and a jacuzzi. Its fully secluded private pool offers a safe and comfortable holiday for guests who value privacy.

Kitchen: Features a fully equipped modern American-style kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: A spacious living room with a view, designed for your comfort. This spacious living room includes a luxurious seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, and DVD player. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, and a bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, and a bathroom with toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 3,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Azra Naz is 4,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for our new guests to check in at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
