The security deposit required for Villa Aria Luxury is 10,000 TL. This amount is collected before check-in and refunded at check-out provided there is no damage, loss, or broken item in the villa.

Otherwise, the cost of any damage, breakage, or lost items will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit may also be paid in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros according to the current exchange rate.
