Villa Aqua

Villa Aqua is a conservative 1 bedroom honeymoon villa located in Kalkan Islamlar. It is positioned in nature and has a large garden and pool terrace. Located on the garden and pool terrace, the pavilion has a comfortable seating area. It is among the popular villas with its modern and concept design. Suitable for honeymooners, Villa Aqua features a heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna in the bedroom.

Kitchen: The spacious and modern designed American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen equipment and a dinner set for 6 people.

Living Room: In the comfortable living room, there is a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, a dining table for 4 people, an exit to the pool terrace and an extra w/c.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, indoor swimming pool, sauna, bathroom and toilet. Access to the pool terrace is possible.

Pool Dimensions:

It is 8 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions:

It is 5 meters X 2.5 meters wide and 1.45 meters deep.

NOTE: For rentals of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required.

Pool heating fee is 1.000 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Aqua is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in Amerian Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
