Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-stove, dinner set, pans, pots, cutlery, knife sets.

Living room: Sitting group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, washbasin and toilet.

1st Bedroom: One double bed, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Shallow Pool Dimensions: 2.2 Meters X 0.50 Meters Depth

Note :  A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Anka Duo is 4.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
