Villa Amelia is a private holiday villa located in the tranquil Öz area of Kalkan, surrounded by lush nature. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 guests, it’s an ideal choice for honeymooners and conservative families, thanks to its fully secluded pool and garden area.

The spacious garden features a swimming pool, swing, foosball table, playground, and a barbecue area. You can enjoy outdoor meals under the shade of an olive tree at the garden dining table. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi, and the terrace offers a stunning nature view. Private parking is also available for guests.

Kitchen: The fully equipped, modern American-style kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern and spacious living room features a comfortable seating area, TV, and air conditioning. The living room has access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a nature view and features a double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, and hairdryer. It also has a private toilet and bathroom.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features two single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, and hairdryer. It also has a private bathroom.

Pool Dimensions:

9 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep. The private pool is secluded.

NOTE: The minimum stay is 5 nights. For stays under 7 nights, a short-stay fee of 4,500 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Amelia is 4,000 TL. This fee is collected before your check-in and will be refunded upon departure. The deposit refund policy requires that there be no breakage, damage, or missing items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obligated to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or lost items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so our dedicated cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for the next guests. New guests are delivered to their villas ready at 4:00 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or rent a car can contact our sales consultants for assistance. For guests traveling by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests traveling by private vehicle.
