Villa Altın

Villa Altın is a 3 bedroom holiday rental villa whose construction was completed in 2020 in Kalkan Kördere. Villa Altın offers magnificent sea views from all its single-storey rooms, there is access to the pool and pool terrace from each room, and when you step into the villa, you can see that the cedar tree is carefully used everywhere. Our villa is suitable for our conservative families and also for our honeymoon couples. In more crowded groups, they can rent Villa Gümüş and Villa Trona together, which are just below Villa Altın.

Kitchen: The spacious and bright American kitchen has a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and 8-person dinner set.

Living Room: The living room with pool and sea view has a sitting group, dining table for 6 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: Two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

​Note : A short stay fee of 4.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Altın is 7.500 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
