Villa Altes 2 is located in the Central area of ​​Kalkan, a 5-minute walk from the city center. Villa Altes 2, Villa Altes 5 and Villa Altes 6, which are built on two floors and started to rent, are placed in a way not to obstruct the sea view of each other. The downstairs kitchen and high-rise two-storey living area opens to the infinity pool and the sea view. Villa Altes 2 has an elevator and is suitable for guests with a handicap.

Kitchen Villa Altes 2 features a modern American kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, built-in oven, fridge, washing machine, built-in hob, electric kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 12 people, spoon and cutlery set and glasses. Features a dining table and a seating area for 8 people. This floor also has an auxiliary room with iron and ironing board, as well as a guest bathroom.

The lounge has air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sofa, iron and ironing board, washbasin and exit to the pool. The lounge is on the pool floor. On the top floor there is also a very large looking terrace to relax and sunbathe. In this area, there are seating groups, tables and chairs.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 3.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 5.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.
