Designed with a modern and comfortable single-story architecture, Villa Aksoy 1 has a private, secluded pool designed to be completely private. The villa’s garden includes sun loungers, umbrellas, a stone barbecue, a dining area, and a children’s playground. It is a unique option for guests who want to enjoy a peaceful holiday away from prying eyes.

Kitchen: The villa’s kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner hob, kettle, toaster, and a dinner set for 4 people.

Living Room: The living room of Villa Aksoy 1 features a comfortable seating area, air conditioning, TV, internet, satellite receiver, dining table, and coffee table.

The last 150 meters of the road leading to the villa is unpaved.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Aksoy 1 is 5,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before your arrival at the villa and refunded upon departure. The deposit is refundable provided there is no damage, loss, or broken items in the villa during your stay. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, equivalent to the deposit amount, based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
