Villa Agena is a luxurious five-bedroom rental villa in Kalkan’s stunning Kızıltaş district, boasting modern architecture and spacious living spaces. Designed for both large families and groups of friends, it offers a privileged holiday experience, complete with sea and nature views.

The ground floor of the villa features a spacious American-style kitchen and a comfortable living room overlooking the sea and nature. The upper floors house five en-suite bedrooms. Two of these rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and their jacuzzis allow you to enjoy the panoramic views.

The gym, located in the basement of Villa Agena, offers both fun and healthy entertainment with equipment such as billiards, table tennis, a treadmill, and an elliptical trainer. Every detail has been carefully designed to help you unwind from the year-round stress.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, island kitchen, kettle, toaster, tea maker, dining table, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern living room, with high ceilings and sea and nature views, features a comfortable seating area, TV, TV unit, DVD player, satellite receiver, and air conditioning. The living room has access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 3: Features two single beds, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 4: Features a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 5: Features a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8.95 meters x 4.35 meters, 1.55-1.95 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 12,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Agena is 20,000 TL. This fee is collected before your check-in and will be refunded upon departure. The deposit refund policy requires that there be no damage, breakage, or loss of any belongings in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obligated to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or lost items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Guest check-in time is 4:00 PM. Guest check-out time is 10:00 AM. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified times. For guests arriving after you, the villa will be thoroughly cleaned and then handed over.

Transportation: Due to the location of our villas, they are far from the city center and nestled in nature. Unfortunately, this means we cannot provide public transportation to our villas. Our sales consultants are available to assist guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or rent a car. For guests who prefer to travel by air, the closest airport to our villas is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants will provide location information for guests arriving by private vehicle.
