Suit Karmen

Suite Karmen is a sea view rental suite located in Kalkan Kızıltaş. It has been carefully decorated with modern and comfortable items. All the details you need during your holiday have been considered. Suite Karmen has its own private pool. It is home to the magnificent sea view of Kalkan.

Kitchen: Full-equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, 1 wardrobe, 1 bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: It is 3.5 meters X 3.5 meters wide and 1.10 meters deep.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Suit Karmen is 3,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 15.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 15.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
