Its sheltered pool provides a suitable environment for conservative families, and the curtain system prevents the pool from being seen from the adjacent building, thus offering complete privacy. The villa’s pool is heated and especially in spring and autumn, the water temperature of around 17 degrees can be heated to 27 degrees. This feature allows you to enjoy the pool at all hours of the day. Villa Zirve Kördere is ideal for everyone who prioritizes luxury and comfort and is looking for a peaceful and special holiday in nature. With both its architecture and the special facilities it offers, it is a perfect option for guests who want to have a privileged holiday in Kalkan.

Kitchen: You can easily prepare your meals thanks to the kitchenware such as refrigerator, oven, kettle, fork, knife in our fully and modernly decorated American kitchen.

Living Room: You can also enjoy the view from the living room with the luxurious and comfortable seating group, TV, air conditioning and other items that will accompany your comfort.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: We have a pool that is 9 meters x 4.5 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 6,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

A pool cooler is also available in the summer months when you are overwhelmed by the heat and is offered for use for 10.000 TL per week.

In the winter, spring and autumn months, Pool Heating is offered to our guests for an additional fee of 10.000 TL per week if requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Zirve Kördere is 6.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you leave. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the damage, broken or lost item fee in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or have a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
