Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped to rival your own home, featuring a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stovetop, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, and cookware.

Living Room: Boasting a modern and luxurious design, the living room includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and internet access. There is direct access from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, air conditioning, Jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet.

Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters long, 3.5 meters wide, and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 4,000 TL applies to stays of fewer than 7 nights.

Security Deposit Procedure: The required security deposit for Villa Zirve Han is 5,000 TL. This amount is collected prior to your arrival and refunded upon your departure. To qualify for the refund, there must be no breakage, damage, or loss of property within the villa during your stay. Otherwise, the cost of any damage, breakage, or lost items will be deducted from your deposit. You may pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, calculated based on the current exchange rate for the required amount. Check-in and Check-out Information: For all our villas, the check-in time is 16:00 and the check-out time is 10:00. It is important that you vacate your villa on time so that our dedicated cleaning team can meticulously prepare the property for the next guests. Villas are handed over to arriving guests, fully prepared, at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests wishing to arrange paid transfers or car rentals may request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests traveling by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants can provide location details and driving directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
