Villa Zirve Duo is a private holiday villa located in the Çavdır region, nestled amidst nature, and distinguished by its comfortable and secluded structure. Situated in Kalkan, our villa, with its 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people, is an ideal option for conservative families, honeymoon couples, and small families.

The villa’s secluded private pool offers guests a relaxing and private holiday, while the jacuzzi adds extra comfort and enjoyment to your vacation.

With its tranquil atmosphere surrounded by nature and away from the city noise, Villa Zirve Duo is the perfect choice for guests who want to spend a peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable holiday. All the details you need have been considered in our villa, leaving you only to enjoy your holiday with your loved ones.

Kitchen: The spacious, airy, and modernly designed American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner hob, pots and pans, and a dinner set for 10 people.

Living Room: The living room includes a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, and a dining table for 8 people. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 4,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Zirve Duo is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund terms, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
