Villa Zirve 3

Villa Zirve 2, located in the Yeşilköy area of ​​Kalkan, is a secluded holiday villa surrounded by nature, with 2 bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate 5 people. It is specially designed for conservative families and nuclear families who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a peaceful holiday.

The pool area of ​​our villa is completely secluded and not visible from the outside. The main bedroom has a jacuzzi, and the garden has a table tennis area and a small playground for children. Villa Zirve 3 can be rented together with Villa Zirve 1 and Villa Zirve 2, which are located next to it, depending on calendar availability. In this way, large families and groups of friends can stay together.

Kitchen: It has a fully equipped modern American kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: It has a spacious living room with a view, designed for your comfort. This spacious living room features a luxurious seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, and DVD player. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: One double bed, one single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: 1 meter x 1.5 meters wide, 0.60 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 3,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Zirve 3 is 5,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or car rentals can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests preferring air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
