Villa Zeytouna is a private holiday villa located in Kızıltaş, distinguished by its spacious living areas, modern architecture, and impressive sea views. Situated just 1 km from Kalkan center and 1 km from the beach, the villa offers an ideal location for guests who want to be close to the center but also enjoy a peaceful holiday. With a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 10 people, providing a comfortable living space for large families and groups of friends.

Upon entering the villa, guests are greeted by a spacious and bright living area. Equipped with a modern seating group, a large-screen TV, and air conditioning, the living room offers a refreshing environment to unwind after a long day. The open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, hob, kettle, and dinnerware. All the necessary details for short or long stays have been considered.

All five bedrooms in Villa Zeytouna are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. Offering comfortable accommodation with their spacious layouts, comfortable beds, and ample storage space, some rooms open onto balconies with sea views. Waking up to the blue of the Mediterranean in the mornings ensures a peaceful start to your holiday.

The villa’s outdoor area is meticulously designed for guests who want to both relax and socialize. The 10-meter-long private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The garden furniture on the spacious pool terrace provides a pleasant setting for morning coffees and evening conversations. You can enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones in the barbecue area and spend peaceful moments in the lush garden. Pool maintenance is carried out regularly on a daily basis.

Kitchen: The spacious, airy, and modernly designed American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner hob, pots and pans, and a dinner set for 10 people.

Living Room: The living room features a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, and a dining table for 8 people. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: Includes one double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, and a bathroom with toilet.

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 5: 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.40 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 10,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Zeytouna is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be refunded to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or car rentals can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
