Villa Zens

Villa Zens is located in the tranquil Islamlar area of Kalkan, surrounded by trees and far from the noise of the city. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 guests, it is a perfect option for honeymooners and small conservative families.

The villa’s fenced and secluded garden features a private pool, sun loungers, a swing, a cozy seating area, a dining table, and a barbecue area. Highlighting traditional wooden architecture, the villa also includes a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms.

Kitchen:  The large American kitchen dominated by white colors includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, dominated by brown color tones with wooden architecture, includes a comfortable and luxurious seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, internet and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: For rentals under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 4.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Zens is 4000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
