For those seeking a getaway immersed in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Villa Zemra is a comfortable summer villa located in the Hacıoğlan neighborhood of Kalkan. With two bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to four people. Its privacy-focused layout makes it ideal for honeymooners and small families.

Outside, there’s a large garden, a private swimming pool, and a children’s playground to keep young guests happy. Relax in the garden all day and enjoy the evenings by the pool. For larger families and groups of friends, depending on availability, we offer the option of renting the twin villa Villa Loçka side-by-side, allowing you to enjoy a holiday together without sacrificing privacy.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen, perfect for a home-cooked meal, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern and luxuriously designed living room features a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and internet access. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, shared bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 4,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Zemra is 4,000 TL. This fee will be collected before your check-in and will be refunded upon departure. According to the deposit refund policy, the villa must be free of broken, damaged, or missing items during your stay. Otherwise, we will deduct the cost of any damage, broken, or missing items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM for each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so our dedicated cleaning team can meticulously prepare the villas for the next guests. New guests are delivered to their villas ready at 4:00 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or rent a car can contact our sales consultants for assistance. For guests traveling by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests traveling by private vehicle.
