Villa Zafira is a stylish 3-bedroom villa located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, offering accommodation for up to 6 guests. Thanks to its central location, access to restaurants, cafes, shops, and beaches is extremely convenient.

The villa features a spacious and airy pool terrace equipped with sun loungers, a seating area, dining table and chairs, BBQ, and a table tennis setup—perfect for enjoying delightful summer evenings with your loved ones.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pans, pots and glasses.

Living room:  There is a comfortable living room with nature views, a seating group, television, satellite receiver, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, dining table and chairs.

1st Bedroom: The room has 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioning, hair dryer and TV. There is a private jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE: For rentals under 7 nights, a waiver fee of 8,000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Zafira is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
