Villa Zade

Villa Zade is a 4-bedroom, 8-person capacity, secluded holiday villa located in the peaceful Ağullu village of Kaş. Designed with modern and comfortable furnishings, it offers a tranquil holiday experience surrounded by nature.

The villa features a spacious pool terrace with table tennis, a cozy sitting area, and an outdoor dining space — ideal for families or groups of friends looking for privacy and relaxation.

Later, an additional 2 bedrooms and a living room with an open-plan kitchen were added to the villa with a separate entrance, making it more suitable for larger groups without compromising privacy and comfort.

Note: Since 2 more bedrooms were added on the upper floor of Villa Zade, it is a 4-bedroom villa in total. However, a new section with a separate entrance and an open kitchen with two bedrooms and an open kitchen was built on the lower floor.Two separate families can vacation as if they were staying in two separate independent units. However, the pool terrace is for common use, you can directly go down to the pool terrace from the upper floor.

Kitchen: It has an American style kitchen, this modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, kettle, dinnerware for 8 people, pans, pots, forks and knives.

Living Room: The living room, carefully created for your comfort, has a modern seating group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioning and access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside tables, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 3 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 4.250 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Zade is 6,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
