Villa Zade

Villa Zade is a 4 bedroom, sheltered holiday villa located in Kaş Ağullu village. It has been carefully decorated with modern and comfortable items. There is table tennis on the spacious and large pool terrace. You can be in touch with nature and enjoy the silence all day long.

Note: Since 2 more bedrooms were added on the upper floor of Villa Zade, it is a 4 bedroom villa in total. However, a new section with a separate entrance to the upper floor and two bedrooms and an open kitchen independent from the lower floor has been built. Two separate families can have a holiday as if they are staying in two separate independent sections. However, the pool terrace is for common use, it is possible to go down directly to the pool terrace from the upper floor.

Kitchen: There is an American-style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, kettle, dinnerware for 8 people, pan, pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room: Modern sitting group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters X 3 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 450 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Zade is 1.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The check-in time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
