Located in the Patara Region, which stands out with its stone and wooden architecture, our villa has 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people. In the sheltered garden of our villa, which has fresh air and is away from noise and pollution, there is a pool, sun loungers, a sitting corner, table football, table tennis, a dining table and a barbecue area. Villa Yusuf is ideal for conservative families and honeymoon couples thanks to its sheltered nature. Kitchen: The fully equipped modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table and DVD player in the living room of our villa.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 11 meters x 3 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Yusuf is 2,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
