With a total of 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people, it is a perfect choice for a peaceful getaway in touch with nature.

The first bedroom in our villa has a double bed, air conditioning, television, jacuzzi and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning. The spacious living room area has a fully equipped open kitchen, seating area, television, air conditioning and an extra bathroom.

Located only 15-20 minutes by car from the center of Kalkan, the villa is also a maximum of half an hour’s drive from important touristic spots such as Saklıkent National Park (Saklıkent Canyon).

For those looking for a quiet and isolated holiday, away from the noise of city life and surrounded by nature, this villa stands out with both its location and the opportunities it offers.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will be just like your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern and designed living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3.5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Our villa is located in a two-story building. Our host lives on the first floor. You can reach the pool terrace by stairs from the parking lot. There are 25-30 stairs in total.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit amount for Villa Yörük Çayköy is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you leave. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Entry and Exit Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
