Situated in the peaceful Yeşilköy area of Kalkan, Villa Yiğit 2 is a charming holiday home featuring a private pool, blending stone and wood architecture for a natural aesthetic. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 guests, it is an ideal choice for honeymooners or small families.

The villa offers distant views of Patara and is surrounded by serene nature. The secluded pool terrace ensures maximum privacy for conservative guests. Built next to Villa Yiğit 1, it is also perfect for two families or groups of friends who wish to holiday side by side.

Kitchen: Features a fully equipped modern American kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: Features a spacious living room with views, designed for your comfort. This spacious living room features a luxurious seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table, and DVD player. There is access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 3.8 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 3,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

The last 4 kilometers of the road leading to the villa is a gravel road. Due to the unpaved and stony nature of the road, low-clearance vehicles may have difficulty accessing the area. Therefore, it is recommended to use vehicles with high ground clearance for access to the area.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Yiğit 2 is 5,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or car rentals can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests preferring air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
