Villa Yeşim, located in Kalkan Kördere, Ordu region, has a magnificent sea view and has 5 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 10 people. Villa Mega’s large garden features an infinity pool, sun loungers, swings, a dining table where you can dine while admiring the view, and a barbecue. The villa, which has a luxurious and modern design, has a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and a billiards, foosball table and billiards table in the game room. You can choose Villa Yeşim to have a fun and enjoyable holiday with your loved ones.

Kitchen: The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 7.500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Yeşim is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: Guest check-in hours for our villas are set at 16.00. Our guest check-out time from our villas is 10.00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. Our villa is cleaned in detail and delivered to our guests after you.

Transportation: Due to their location, our villas are located in a structure that is far from the city center and in touch with nature. In this case, unfortunately, public transportation support cannot be provided to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to provide support for our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car. For our guests who will prefer air travel, the closest airport to the location of our villas is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
