Kitchen: All the facilities offered by modern technology are available in this kitchen. In this kitchen with an American structure, you can easily reach many kitchen equipment such as oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery. In this way, you can cook your meals in the comfort of your home and eat your family meals comfortably.

Living Room: The living room, which has a modern look and where the comfort level is kept at the highest level, has an ultra-luxury seating group, TV, coffee table, air conditioning for your family and guests. There is also a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is 1 double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, nightstand, jacuzzi and bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There are 2 single beds, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: The pool in the villa is 9 meters x 3.5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Garden: The pool in the garden is specially protected and cannot be seen from the outside in any way. In this way, you can have a safe holiday with your family. There are also 4 sun loungers, umbrellas, garden seating and barbecue areas in the garden area.

Maintenance: Our villa’s maintenance is organized once a day (morning or evening). During this maintenance, the maintenance of your pool and garden in the villa is carried out by our cleaning staff.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Yeşil Deniz is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you check out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the check-in time for new guests is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
