5. Bedroom (ensuit): Air-conditioned and has 2 single comfort beds, dressing room, nightstand, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom-WC and balcony.

Garden: In the garden, there is a pool, children’s pool with jacuzzi, dining table, pergola seating group and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol.

Pool: There is a pool with jacuzzi and jet stream system and a children’s pool. The pool dimensions are 12 meters x 5 meters, depth is 1.55 meters. Garden and pool maintenance is done by the staff once a day.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Yazlik is 20,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or have a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air travel is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
