Villa Yazlik offers a unique panoramic view overlooking the magnificent turquoise bays along with the old city texture of Kalkan and Kalamar, allowing you to experience one of the best views in the region.

 

Designed by one of Kalkan’s well-known architects, this luxury villa allows you to enjoy magnificent views from every room thanks to its large glass walls. The villa offers a spacious living area that maximizes comfort with its five bedrooms and six bathrooms. One of the most striking features of the villa is the infinity pool with a waterfall. This impressive pool extends to the children’s pool, which also offers a safe and fun swimming area for children.

 

The villa, which has three spacious terraces, has an outdoor jacuzzi, a marble table for outdoor dining, a bar area, a traditional Turkish pavilion and comfortable sun loungers. Different seating areas have been added to each terrace, allowing guests to fully enjoy this breathtaking view. In addition, for those who want to spend more active time, the villa also has activities such as an exercise machine, table tennis and table football.

 

This villa offers a unique option for those who want to bring luxury and comfort as well as a stunning view to their living space.

 

There are 5 ensuite bedrooms with sea and nature views in all rooms. Two of these rooms have private jacuzzis. All rooms have balconies with sea and nature views.

 

 

1.Bedroom (ensuit): Air-conditioned, there are 2 single comfort beds, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom-WC and balcony in the room.

 

2.Bedroom (ensuit): Air-conditioned, there are 1 double king size bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom-WC and balcony in the room.

 

3.Bedroom (ensuit): The youth room is air-conditioned and there are 2 single comfort beds, jacuzzi dressing table, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom-WC and balcony in the room.

 

4. Bedroom (Master suite): Air-conditioned, 1 double king size bed, private jacuzzi, nightstand, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom-WC and balcony.

 

5. Bedroom (ensuit): Air-conditioned and has 2 single comfort beds, dressing room, nightstand, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom-WC and balcony.

 

 

Garden: In the garden, there is a pool, children’s pool with jacuzzi, dining table, pergola seating group and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol.

 

 

Pool: There is a pool with jacuzzi and jet stream system and a children’s pool. The pool dimensions are 12 meters x 5 meters, depth is 1.55 meters. Garden and pool maintenance is done by the staff once a day.

 

 

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Yazlik is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

 

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

 

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or have a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air travel is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.
