Villa Yazı 4 is a romantic honeymoon villa designed for couples, located in the Ulugöl area of Kalkan. It features 1 bedroom and can accommodate 2 guests.

The villa’s fully secluded garden includes a private pool, sun loungers, a cozy seating area, and a dining table. Inside, you’ll find a heated indoor pool and a jacuzzi, making it ideal not just for summer, but also for a comfortable stay during the spring and winter months.

With its peaceful natural surroundings and tranquil atmosphere, Villa Yazı 4 is perfect for guests seeking privacy, comfort, and relaxation. Escape the noise and enjoy a serene holiday at this exceptional retreat.

 Our villa is the ground floor of Villa Yazi 1 on our site. However, there is no connection, sheltered and ground floors are separate.

Kitchen: There is an American-style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people, pans, pots, cutlery, and cutlery.

Living Room: Modern sitting group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 4 meters X 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 4 meters X 3 meters, 1.20 meters deep.

Note: 

For rentals of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required.

The heating system of our villa Extra 1.500 TL per day if requested on other dates fee was requested.

Deposit Procedure: Deposit fee requested for Villa Yazı 4 is 3.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
