Surrounded by trees and away from prying eyes, the villa features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and a barbecue area in its sheltered garden  perfect for relaxing in complete privacy.

Furnished with modern and high-quality furniture, the interior of Villa Yaşam has been carefully prepared for your comfort and convenience. A peaceful and cozy holiday experience awaits you at Villa Yaşam.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which captures modernity with its beige and white colored cabinets, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, toaster, water dispenser, kettle, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The spacious living room has a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom: 2 Single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 11 meters x 5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 5,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Yaşam is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you check out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
