Villa Yaren

Villa Yaren is a 3-bedroom, stone-built villa with a capacity of 5 people, located in the nature of Patara, Kalkan. The interior of our villa has been designed in a modern and comfortable way and has been made ready for you. There are 2 double and 1 single beds in the bedrooms of Villa Yaren, and at the same time, it is an ideal option for you with the protection of the pool terrace.

Kitchen :   The American kitchen, which will not look like your home kitchen, where you can prepare meals with pleasure, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Living Room:  The modern decorated living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a make-up table, air conditioning, a jacuzzi, a bathroom and a toilet.

2. Bedroom : There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a make-up table, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

3. Bedroom: There is a single bed, a closet, a nightstand, a make-up table, an air conditioner, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions: It is 13 meters X 4.5 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Note: 1.500 TL cleaning fee is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Yaren is 2.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
