Villa Yanar is a rental villa located in the Kalkan Bezirgan region of Kaş district of Antalya, attracting attention with its stone and wooden architecture. The villa’s private swimming pool, large garden and pool terrace will allow you to have a pleasant and peaceful holiday with your loved ones. Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will make you feel like the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room with a modern and luxurious design includes a comfortable seating group, TV, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Note: For accommodations under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 5,000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Yanar is 7,500 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer to travel by air, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
