Kitchen: The American kitchen, which captures modernity with its white cabinets, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, 4-person dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, designed with nature view and modern items, has a seating group, coffee table, television, satellite receiver, internet. There is access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, jacuzzi, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 3.5 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 3,500 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit amount for Villa Yaman Üzümlü is 3,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or have a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air travel is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.
