Villa Yalı Toprak is located in nature in the Kalkan Patara Yalı Region, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the interior of Villa Yalı Toprak, which has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people, is designed in a modern way, and at the same time, you, our guests, can be comfortably surrounded by fences for pleasant moments in the pool terrace and garden. It is a conservative holiday villa that has been turned out of sight. It is an ideal option for honeymooners and Nuclear families.

Kitchen : In the kitchen of the villa; There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, and a dinner set for 4 people.

Living Room: The living room of Villa Yalı Toprak has a comfortable seating group, air conditioning, TV, internet, satellite receiver, dining table, coffee table.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner,  bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioner, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 6 meters X 12 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short accommodation fee of 2.000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Yalı Toprak is 2.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
