Villa Yağmur İslamlar, whose construction was completed in 2021 in Kalkan İslamlar region, is a one-bedroom honeymoon villa. With its large garden and pool terrace, it has sea and nature views from a distant angle. It will be among the best and featured villas in the region with its jacuzzi option.

Living room: The comfortable living room includes a seating group, television, satellite receiver, iron, ironing board, air conditioning, dining table for 3 people and chairs.

Kitchen : The modern American kitchen has a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, built-in oven set, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pans, pots and glasses.
 

1st Bedroom: The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, air conditioning and a bedside table. There is a sauna, a private bathroom, a toilet and a jacuzzi.
 

Pool Terrace: There is a sheltered private swimming pool in the garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, garden furniture, swings, dining table and chairs, plus a barbecue.

It is 8 meters x 4.5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A CLEANING FEE OF 1,000 TL IS REQUIRED FOR ACCOMMODATIONS LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Yağmur İslamlar is 3,000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the deposit return conditions, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken items in the villa during the use period. You can make your payment in American Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
